Available data is limited to that contained on the Confidential STD Case Report forms and/or data provided by local laboratories under existing data sharing agreements. Data will be reported in aggregate—no patient identifiers will be provided. Every attempt will be made to fill such requests in a timely manner but will be dependent upon staff availability. Click to send an email to the program manager or call 324-1534.
